Lauren Ash Morgan was an actor, board member and director for the Seoul Shakespeare Company since 2011. She is now the co-founder and director of Speech of Fire. As Artistic director of SSC She was also the company's composer, musician and text coach as well as costume/set/music design. In her final year she served as director of lighting and design for the production of SSC's King Lear. She had been directing from the ensemble but in this the year that she made her directorial debut.
